Position: Marketing Manager

Key responsibilities:

  • Develops and communicates a compelling vision for the marketing of his/her product portfolio that is aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Translates EU/Global brand strategies into a National Brand Plan and drives the implementation and execution of it.

  • Takes a leadership position within the matrix team (MA, Field Team, Medical, Regulatory, Legal) regarding the sharing of ideas and offering options to brand teams and customers.

  • Establishes strong and sustainable partnership with business partners & payer customer segment.

  • Maintains partnership with key stakeholders

  • Identifies and focuses on business priorities and opportunities.

  • Identifies resources to assure superior execution of the details required to achieve the final results.

  • Focuses on customer needs, analyzes market trends, understands how they affect the current and future business, and responds proactively to secure long-term business performance.

  • Develops a systematic approach to monitor measure and track the marketing projects and coordinate closely with finance the impact on the BUC objectives.

  • Prepares monthly rolling promotional forecasts for logistic for 18 months horizon and beware of stock situation to avoid DOS or excessive MOH.

  • Prepares tactics, detailing materials for KAM team and detailed description of KAMs objectives for brands during each detailing cycle.

  • Makes sure that the KAM team demonstrates an appropriate knowledge of the Company Marketing strategy/product knowledge.

  • The position works in full compliance with laws, industry regulations, Company Policies and Procedures including Business Rules as well as the Company Standards of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Skills, Competencies and Knowledge:

  • Experience in working directly with customers including negotiation activities and KOL Management

  • Minimum 3 years of experience on senior marketing position. Additional experience in sales or market access would be an asset.

  • Experience of developing and implementing a commercial/marketing plan

  • Experience of communicating to lots of different audiences in various formats, ie formal presentations, chairing meetings, written communications.

  • Experience of interpreting data from external and internal sources during decision-making and planning processes.

  • Marketing or science degree.

  • Understanding of therapeutic area (oncology- preferable).

  • Excellent English.
