Bristol Myers Squibb Global HCP Capabilities Senior Business Analyst in Uxbridge, United Kingdom

The Global HCP Capabilities Senior Business Analyst is responsible for assisting in improving, defining, implementing and supporting the processes and technology associated with Health Care Professional (HCP) Services at BMS.

· Supports the Events & Meetings Management tools and processes (InterAct Events Management).

o Champions on behalf of user populations to ensure the process and solutions are aligned with the HCP Simplification initiative while still compliant to corporate guidelines.

o Helps define the business prioritization and definition of future release items.

o Facilitates the discussion on business requirements based on understanding of current process and future to-be state.

o Understands the technical abilities and limitations of the technology and implements solutions to meet the business needs.

o Researches and identifys gaps in existing and future state solutions and propose solutions to close gaps to meet business objectives.

o Assists in testing and triaging of defects.

o Leads User Acceptance testing.

· Change Management SME

o Creates and maintains core change management materials.

o Coordinates and facilitates cross matrix knowledge sharing sessions

o Helps define and supports processes and acts as SME on HCP related interactions including engaging with HCPs, contracting, payment management and HCP events.



  • Business or Technical undergraduate degree

  • Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred

  • Experience with InterAct Events Management


  • Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills

  • Solution and customer focused

  • Knowledge of Contracting, Healthcare Professional (HCP) compliance needs and risks a plus
