Bristol Myers Squibb Cardiovascular Product Manager – Eliquis in Uxbridge, United Kingdom

An exciting opportunity is available at Bristol-Myers Squibb for a strong pharmaceutical marketing professional to work as a Product Manager in our Cardiovascular Business Unit.

Based in Uxbridge you will be providing strategic and tactical leadership, co annual Brand plan and maximizing digital channels and platforms working in Eliquis. You will be leading the development and implementation of a new campaigns while ensuring adherence to SOP and the code of practice. You will be collaborating in a cross-functional Alliance to ensure that these tools, materials and programmes are clearly briefed and implemented effectively.

As the Product Manager for Eliquis, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide strategic and tactical marketing support for Eliquis, aligning with common objectives between customers, patients and BMS

  • Maximise our Alliance collaboration to continue being leaders in the area, and ensure that all decisions and strategic plans are well coordinated among the Alliance

  • Ensure that customer and cross-functional insights are considered in all our plans and tactics

  • Collaborate with the team to develop the communication campaign and ensure the implementation in the UK market

  • Collaborate with the Regional team on materials development ensuring that they are fit and compliant for market

  • Contribute to the Brand plan with insights, analysis, identification of challenges and growth opportunities learning the different steps of the process

  • Communicate effectively with sales team to ensure implementation of the Brand plan

  • Strengthen our presence among different digital channels to serve better customer needs and manage the multidimensional marketing mix and business plan

  • Participate in the regular commercial input into the supply and forecasting teams and support during the budget and projections periods

  • Responsible for managing allocated programmes & budgets

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Life sciences or Business degree

  • Understanding of pharmaceutical industry

  • Understanding of marketing and willingness to increase expertise in this area

  • Demonstrated ability to understand truly insights

  • Demonstrated excellence in project management and effectively managing multiple projects/priorities.

  • Experience working with Health Care Professional and able to stablish successful networks

  • Ability to work collaborative and successful experience of working within cross-functional team or Alliances

  • Demonstrated experience providing value to customers

  • Show ability to understand the market area quickly, especially your competitors and formulate plans to achieve business and sales objectives

  • Understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and impact on development of marketing materials
