Position Profile: Content Management System Administration Coordinator

Critical Duties (Position Description and Responsibilities)

Provide Level 1 daily internal client facing support across functional areas and external agency interactions.

Provides process and system support for our content management tools.

Support includes user guidance and training, client interface, trouble shooting, problem identification and resolution.

System support includes system administration and functionality (i.e. mange user access requests, assign training, roles and permissions).

Maintain reference library with the electronic routing tool. Includes tagging and uploading of references.

Provide content management support for the digital asset management system.

Liaison with Level 2 system support desk to identify user issues, work with cross-disciplinary team to develop solutions.

Work with department management to identify support opportunities and key business needs.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

Expert ability to use and guide others to use applications.

Demonstrated ability to navigate and troubleshoot applications. Ability to understand detailed complex processes and requirements. Ability to properly identify and distinguish issues between the two.

Demonstrated librarian skills. Experience in maintaining a library of content and/or resources.

Ability to raise issues to management for business guidance and conflict resolution.

Demonstrated interpersonal and client support skills, including face-to-face and remote interactions.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and unique for individual requests in a high pressure work environment. Ability to raise issues in a professional manner.

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to external and internal users. Proficient delivery of clear, concise, written and verbal communications, particularly for detailed, complex information. Strong command of the English language, grammar and spelling.

Team player with ability to work effectively with a matrix organization and in collaboration with remote team members.

Experience with Microsoft and MAC products, including design software.

Minimum Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experiences Desired

2 - 4+ years content management system administration/support customer service and/or project management experience.

2 - 4+ years experience in training multiple audience types is system usage.

2 - 3+ years experience in pharmaceutical or regulated industry.
