•Support the establishment of an end-to-end process for plain language summary delivery
•Participate in and develop patient thank-you card pilots•Support process development and provide redactions of clinical trial documents for public disclosure
•Develop training and execute change management for novel processes related to the EU CTR and Plain Language Summaries
•Provide support for external patient-level data sharing with professionalism, as required
•Reports clinical trial results on clinical trial registries according to BMS policy, as required•Assists in monitoring the global regulatory environment
•Communicates with internal and external stakeholders to improve on processes’ and manage unmet needs.
•Trains new staff and develops job aids or update user guides as needed
•BS or above in life science discipline
•Minimum 3+ years overall work experience, 2+ years of technical/scientific writing experience, preferred
•Experience entering results information into the NIH database, preferred
•Redaction experience, preferred
•Familiarity with pharmaceutical drug development
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Strong stakeholder and project management skills/experience
•Demonstrated Excel and analytical skills, working knowledge of SharePoint.
•Experience developing job aids, user guides, work instructions, presentations, and process maps
