Summary:

Accountable for Backorder/Anticipated Backorder process optimization; Market Supply Planning Dashboards & Metrics; Labeling Office support.

Responsibilities:

 Lead the transition from the Replenishment Planning Model to the Market Supply Planning model into the Backorder/Anticipated Backorder process.

 Lead continuous improvement initiatives (i.e. enhanced self-service capability, single platform, etc) in the Backorder/Anticipated Backorder process.

 Publish and present Market Replenishment metrics dashboard to Senior Leaders. Monitor and drive improvements and provide root cause / remediation.

 Lead and provide training on Date-To-Market labeling process modifications/enhancements.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop prospective tracking metrics for Date-To-Market compliance/exceptions and End-to-End Dashboard.

 Continually interact and communicate with key BMS stakeholders (GSC, GRS, BI&A) to ensure aligned and integrated processes.

 Drive continuous process improvements for all Supply Execution & Labeling processes and tools.

 Ensure mitigation strategies are in place for significant supply disruptions; escalate as appropriate

 Ad hoc analyses and metrics development

Qualifications:

 5+ years of related experience at a reputable, global pharmaceutical, consumer product or related company. MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.

 Highly Preferred: experience in manufacturing and supply chain.

 Strongly Preferred: Good understanding and exposure to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other regulatory requirements (EMA, TGA).

 Strongly Preferred: Experience in working internationally in a fast-paced, reputed, global pharmaceutical/Bio-Technology or Consumer company organized in a matrix structure.

 Knowledge of ERP, ideally SAP and SAP BW reporting, and related supply chain planning and data analysis tools.

 Excellent analytical, organizational, critical thinking and problem solving skills.

 Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

 Knowledge of compliance procedures (regulatory/ financial /EHS)

 Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines.

 Customer oriented

 Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the global practices where business is conducted.
