Bristol Myers Squibb Sr Product Manager, Eliquis Hospital and IDN in Princeton, New Jersey

The Senior Product Manager (SPM), Eliquis Hospital and IDN works with the Brand Team to successfully develop and execute the institutional brand plan, including the insight generation, planning and implementation of the marketing initiatives. The SPM works closely with the cross-functional and alliance teams to communicate Eliquis’ superior efficacy and safety evidence and to appropriately remove initiation obstacles for patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation and venous thrombo-embolism in the Hospital setting. This position reports to the Director, Eliquis Hospital and IDN, US Commercial.

Responsibilities

Leads market research and business analytics projects to effectively analyze customer insights, brand performance, market trends and competitive response within the Hospital inpatient, outpatient and IDN settings.

Accountable for the Hospital and IDN brand planning process, driving strategic choices / tradeoffs decision and alignment across the alliance cross-functional team.

Leads the agency of record and the alliance cross-functional team to develop, review and execute high impact marketing initiatives and materials for the Hospital and IDN customers.

Manages A&P spend and coordinates investments across the alliance to drive brand performance.

Builds and maintains internal and external networks and relationships to appropriately drive Eliquis performance.

Qualifications

BA degree or equivalent is required. MBA is preferred.

5+ years of pharmaceutical marketing brand management or equivalent experience. Cardiovascular therapeutic area experience is preferred.

Experience in Sales is desirable, preferably in Hospitals.

Proven track record of driving performance within a matrix organization, with strong organizational, interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Ability to develop and manage strong internal and external customer relationships.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
