Bristol Myers Squibb Senior Product Manager, Oncology Franchise Marketing in Princeton, New Jersey
Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) are critical partners in the oncology therapeutic area. The Oncology Franchise Marketing Senior Product Manager will play a key role in developing the commercial strategy and driving execution across all BMS Oncology brands to maximize these GPO partnerships and ensure that BMS maintains a strong leadership position within each network. This will be done in the context of Fee-for-Service activities and does not involve contractual negotiations. This position will report to the (Executive) Director of Franchise Marketing and will partners with Oncology Brand Teams, Sales/Sales Operations, Scientific Engagement, and National Account Executives from the Value Access & Pricing (VAP) organization to develop strategies that achieve brand objectives.
The Oncology Franchise Marketing Senior Product Manager will also co-lead ongoing efforts with new and innovative channels (e.g. Point of Care). Where needed, this position will own the creation and implementation of HCP-focused content and resources for the BMS Oncology portfolio in partnership with the brand marketing teams. Senior Product Manager will also partner closely with Patient Marketing team on the execution of patient/caregiver focused materials within multiple platforms to ensure that a superior customer experience is delivered for all stakeholders.
This individual will be based in Princeton Pike and report directly to the (Executive) Director, Oncology Franchise Marketing.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop Fee-For-Service (FFS) functional plans for each GPO (McKesson, ION, Cardinal Health, VitalSource) that support business objectives for the full BMS Oncology Franchise
Support focused Non-Personal Promotion tactics within each GPO to support the breadth/reach of the broader NPP team vision
Maximize educational opportunities within GPOs during key launches/label updates to activate the networks
Partner across a wide matrix of stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of functional plans
Maintaining strong levels of communication with field-based BMS personnel and external stakeholders to maximize partnerships
Analyze execution metrics across multiple tactics to draw customer insights and optimize performance of functional plans
Provide updates to Oncology brand points on tactic performance on an ongoing basis
Demonstrated ability to execute in a highly dynamic market
Experience with PReP review process and MercuryNG systems preferred
Proven ability to lead across the matrix, to inspire others and drive change
Sales Experience beneficial
