Bristol Myers Squibb Product Manager, US I-O Lung Marketing in Princeton, New Jersey

This Product Manager will play a critical role in shaping the strategy and execution for Checkmate 227 to ensure a rapid and successful 1L NSCLC launch that continues to expand BMS I-O leadership across lung. S/he will report directly to the Director, I-O Lung Marketing and will collaborate across the US I-O Lung Marketing team and full matrix team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop and execute key disruptive/innovative cross-matrix initiatives to help communicate the value of OPDIVO+YERVOY in 1L NSCLC and while building confidence in patient management with the regimenContribute to the development of 1L NSCLC messaging and core IVA; lead the development of key professional promotion materials and partner with the matrix team to drive the full suite of launch materialsCollaborate with the training and sales ops teams to ensure sales force readiness, including a comprehensive and well-executed training plan and launch meetingDevelop and continually track align the 1L NSCLC A&P budget to drive clarity and aligned execution across the broad matrix teamContribute to seamless coordination and execution across the lung marketing and matrix team to enable continued leadership in 2L NSCLC while we focus on driving a rapid ramp up in 1L NSCLC

Minimum 3-5 years pharmaceutical marketing or relevant biopharmaceutical experience required

BA/BS required with MBA a plus

Demonstrated strong marketing fundamentals (analytics, insights, and strategy) required

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to drive alignment and performance across cross functional matrix teams

Ability to rapidly adapt and execute plans in fast paced environment

Demonstrated success with project management, specifically managing multiple competing priorities
