Bristol Myers Squibb Manager, Sales Ops & Effectiveness in Princeton, New Jersey

This candidate will be a part of the Oncology Sales Operations & Effectiveness team in a manager role, reporting to the Associate Director of Oncology Sales Operations & Effectiveness to help increase the sales force effectiveness.

Job Summary

This individual will be responsible for Sales and Marketing integration and alignment and sales force communication and sales force tactical execution.

This individual will plan and manage the logistical execution of Talkpoints, TTT and POA meetings throughout the year.

In addition, the manager will support the pull through from sales training as it pertains to POA and additional training needs.

The person in this role will support the AD in the agenda development, planning, and leading all CST calls for each of the brands and communicate outcomes of CST to RBDs and brand points.

Also, this individual will help align sales force to support major congress meetings, including ASCO and ASH national meetings.

The person in this role will develop, implement and maintain communication plan with field sales force, with support from AD as needed, including providing updates via ProlifiQ and ensuring communications are aligned with overall communication plan for each brand and entire Oncology division.

The manager will also be involved with Sales force execution and will support the AD in analyzing Call Plan Activity and resource utilization (FLEX, PTP Programs, Tactics, and CoPay program).

Communicate with RBDs and Brand Leads to provide updates and advice on how toincrease overall effectiveness of field sales force.

In order to be successful in role, the individual will need to: Effectively collaborate and communicate with members of the brand marketing teams, field sales and sales learning. Proficiently manage integrated timelines to execute important field sales touch points and meetings. Clearly and effectively communicate ideas, both orally and in writing.


BA, BS or equivalent degree required.

At least 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience and at least 1 year of other pharmaceutical experience including

marketing, sales training or sales operations. Experience and knowledge of the Oncology therapeutics are and market is

desired. Previous experience should exemplify.

A proven track record of effectively and efficiently driving performance within a matrix organization and a strong ability

to build alignment and work collaboratively with others.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with proven project management experience.

Experience in utilizing online systems including sales force applications and Mercury.

Clear understanding of BMS organization and policies.
