This individual will be responsible for sales force business model and effectiveness.
This individual will support sales force business model to drive higher effectiveness as well as superior customer experience
This individual will support IC, sales force reporting, Business/Account planning, targeting, dynamic deployment, pre-call planning, promotional programs and launch execution planning to support brand strategy
The person in this role will support the AD in the ongoing AMFOs, DCTs and DBMs training for new capabilities deployment as well as feedback gathering to further evolve our sales force model capabilities
This person in this role will collaborate with the regional Ops managers to drive seamless deployment of new initiatives as well as creation of national center of excellence to streamline regional operational support
The person in this role will develop, implement and maintain Operations (reporting, business planning, IC, automation etc.) communication plan with field sales force and in collaboration with the sales – marketing integration Ops managers ensuring communications are aligned with overall communication plan for each brand and entire Oncology division.
The manager will also be involved with Sales force execution and will support the AD in analyzing sales force execution and resource utilization (Call productivity, FLEX, promotional Programs, Tactics, and Copay program).
Communicate with RBDs and Brand Leads to provide updates and advice on how to increase overall effectiveness of field sales force.
In order to be successful in role, the individual will need to: have strong business acumen skills to support sales force business model to meet evolving portfolio needs, effectively collaborate and communicate with members of the brand marketing teams, analytics teams, IC team, sales force automation team, field sales and sales learning. Proficiently manage integrated timelines to execute important field sales touch points and meetings. Clearly and effectively communicate ideas, both orally and in writing.
BA, BS or equivalent degree required.
At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience and at least 2 year of other pharmaceutical experience including marketing, sales training or sales operations. Experience and knowledge of the Oncology therapeutics are and market is desired. Previous experience should exemplify.
Strong business acumen skills, a proven track record of effectively and efficiently driving performance within a matrix organization and a strong ability to build alignment and work collaboratively with others.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with proven project management experience.
Experience in utilizing online systems including sales force applications and Mercury.
Clear understanding of BMS organization and policies.
