Key Responsibilities Include
Executing enterprise Reimbursement Marketing Strategy within the Immuno-Oncology Business Unit.
Develop supporting materials for execution of the above strategies/initiatives (e.g., coding brochures, Co-Pay Card Brochures, etc…).
Act as Brand Liaison for launch and in line products, providing input on enterprise Reimbursement and Affordability strategy.
Provide analytic support for the Reimbursement programs within the Immuno-Oncology Business Unit to identify opportunities to increase effectiveness of supporting materials and drive greater efficiency of overall MA strategy execution. Identify competitive patient program offers, and develop BMS perspective on applicability for portfolio.
Work within a matrix organizational structure to develop effective relationships with US Market Access Channel / Customer Strategy teams, Brand Marketing and US Market Access Account Executives and Field ARM teams to ensure coordinated execution of channel strategies and materials creation.
BA/BS degree or equivalent, MBA is preferred.
Deep knowledge of the development and execution process for Reimbursement and Affordability programs within the assigned therapeutic area.
Deep knowledge of the US reimbursement environment for products in designated therapeutic area.
Strong understanding of BMS products in designated therapeutic area.
Track record of success in driving high quality project execution in large complex matrix organizations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to effectively and efficiently drive performance within a matrix organization.
