The Corporate Consolidation and Financial Reporting (CFR) team at Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) has the critical role of ensuring BMS financial results are reported timely and accurately to the SEC, industry analysts, investors and others relying on our financial statements. CFR has an exciting opportunity for you to join our collaborative and energetic team as a Manager of P&L Consolidation and Financial Reporting. Primary responsibilities include the analysis and reporting of BMS consolidated financial statements, supporting all external quarterly and annual reporting requirements, drafting financial statement disclosures and MD&A commentary, and preparing and analyzing internal management reports using actual and projected financial information to understand business trends and identify change drivers. Collaborating with colleagues across the organization, including corporate functions and our business units, and demonstrating a curious and analytical mindset to understand variances and key drivers impacting BMS actual results period over period and actual results versus projected results, will be a critical element of success in this role. In addition, you will be assisting with the consolidation and reporting of a standalone group of the Company’s financial statements in accordance with IFRS.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with working knowledge of US GAAP, CPA is preferred.

  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience (public and/or private setting).

  • A self-starter with an energetic, proactive and passionate approach to learning.

  • Detail-oriented with ability to think critically, see and understand the big picture.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
