Key Responsibilities and Major Duties:

Works directly with Associate Director in the design and delivery of digital tactics and capabilities

Manages the creation, development, integration and execution of digital features or capabilities in accordance with the overarching strategy and roadmap.

Collaborates across BMS organization (Customer Engagement Center, Information Technology, Multi-Channel Capabilities Standards Committee (legal, medical, marketing and Regulatory), and Business Units) on key activities like planning and implementation support for digital tactics and capabilities

Identifies needs for digital capabilities and provides support in solution enhancement across the enterprise and escalates to the MC Hub Team leaders.

Prepares briefings for assigned multi-channel capabilities to senior management and provides input to inform decision making, in collaboration with internal teams including Global Commercialization and functional teams

Contributes subject matter expertise on BMS and external/industry digital capabilities

Provides input and subject-matter expertise in the delivery and execution of tactics within the standard web capability

Provides information and support to digital agency(ies) and/or vendor(s) as needed

Develops and maintains operational model in partnership with key stakeholders for assigned multi-channel capability.

Provides support for knowledge sharing and skills training around digital capabilities

Qualifications

4 year bachelor’s degree required

Candidate should possess 3+ years focusing digital tactic delivery and capability development with deep expertise in website and/or web design

Experience with digital marketing and/or capability development, including design, implementation, and execution

Candidate should possess skills within digital capabilities (pharmaceutical experience preferred)

Proficient in designing, integration, and implementing digital tactics and capabilities

Proven track record of collaborating with other teams and delivering results on budget / on schedule/on strategy

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent planning, prioritization, management, and organizational skills

Excellent management skills, including experience selecting / directing agencies and vendors

Proficiency at demonstrating the Core BMS Behaviors
