Bristol Myers Squibb Lead, Value, Access, and Payment (VAP) Training in Princeton, New Jersey
Brings field insights, VAP expertise, and vast customer experience knowledge to bear to drive best-in-class training for the VAP organization in alignment with business objectives and strategy; manages the VAP training team, and develops and leads a VAP training council to deliver excellent training across VAP organization
Key Responsibilities and Major Duties:
Provide strategic partnership to VAP leadership to identify field training needs based on field experience and deep landscape understanding
Make recommendations for VAP training investment strategy based on training gaps
Create best-in-class training plans in-line with brand and business objectives in collaboration with the matrix team
Develop and lead a VAP Training Advisory Council to stay current on the opportunities and issues facing the organization
Leverage the strong Instructional Design capabilities of the VAP Training Team to design, develop, and implement training programs
Own the end-to-end process for all Landscape & Access Environment Training
Lead the POA process from a training and development perspective
Recruit, Develop, and Retain the VAP Training Team to enable a high-performing team
Provide strategic direction and oversight to the VAP Field Trainers who will be supporting the training team as subject matter experts
Oversee the implementation of an onboarding program for new hires in VAP organization
Establish processes to collect and communicate feedback regularly
Propose improvements based on feedback collected
Develop methods to measure the business impact of training activities
Manage, monitor and ensure performance to budget

Minimum Requirements:
4-year BA/BS degree required
Significant and recent VAP field experience (>5 years)
Significant and recent customer facing experience
Competencies – knowledge, skills, abilities, other
Deep knowledge of landscape and market access environment
Demonstrated ability to effectively lead matrix teams and lead without authority
Basic understanding of adult learning principles and learning design
Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple, complex projects across a large matrix organization
Ability to set objectives, monitor and achieve performance
Ability to translate strategy into an executable tactical plan
Software that must be used independently and without assistance (e.g., Microsoft Suite), Microsoft Office
Travel Required up to 20%
