Bristol Myers Squibb GCO COLLABORATION LEAD for Integrated Oncology External Clinical Collaborations in Princeton, New Jersey
Represents Global Clinical Operations (GCO) on the senior level cross sponsor/cross functional teams and is accountable for working with the BMS functions and study teams on the collaboration studies and optimizing the various operational models in partnership with the collaborating organization. Addresses operational issues and provides clear direction to BMS study teams and the collaborating organization’s team to ensure quality and enable efficiencies and speed in clinical trial execution.
Candidate must have a minimum of a BA or BS Degree with approximately 8-10 yrs. of experience in clinical drug development.
Strong leadership competencies and influencing skills with senior leaders and cross functional leaders.
Effective oral and written communication skills to influence, inform and guide a large scale global operational team.
Broad clinical operational experience and strong project management skills.
Proven teambuilding skills and ability to foster partnerships across projects and multidisciplinary teams.
