Bristol Myers Squibb Director, Marketing - Melanoma US Solid IO in Princeton, New Jersey
We are looking for:
A strong marketer and aspiring leader with outstanding
customer focus to help drive the Immuno-Oncology Melanoma business (Metastatic
Melanoma and Adjuvant Melanoma). The Immuno-Melanoma Director will drive the
promotion of OPDIVO and OPDIVO+YERVOY to healthcare practitioners in the
treatment of Metastatic Melanoma and Adjuvant Melanoma, and partner with the US IO
Melanoma Executive Director to coordinate tumor strategy across the matrix. This
individual will be have point responsibilities for Melanoma marketing across the matrix
and be responsible for developing and executing the growth plan to establish
sustainable differentiation and rapid adoption of our portfolio within all Metastatic and
Adjuvant Melanoma indicated populations. Additionally, this individual will perform
various responsibilities within market preparation for competitive entrants, updated data
sets and emerging biomarker paradigms within Melanoma indications. We are looking

appropriate risk taking.
Who do you work with:
The Immuno-Oncology Director, Melanoma reports directly to
the Tumor Lead, and works collaboratively across a matrix organization inclusive of
Sales & Sales Training, Access Strategy, Medical Strategy, Customer Insights,
Worldwide Commercial, GCR, Legal, Promotion Integrity, and our Customer
Build BMS I-O Leadership in Melanoma through the development of a customer
focused, differentiated communication platform which clearly & succinctly
conveys the brand’s value.
Foster strong collaborative working relationships with external and internal
Collaborate with Market Research Team to identify and leverage deep customer
Develop and implement the strategic and tactical plans to promote OPDIVO and
OPDIVO+YERVOY to Healthcare Practitioners.
Partner with Customer Engagement Center to optimize Marketing Mix & Channel
Effectively analyze customer insights, brand performance, market trends, &
competitive response to inform strategic plan which addresses key challenges
and capitalizes on prioritized business opportunities.
Develop and deliver Melanoma performance and strategy presentations to
Provide commercial input to optimize the brand’s US prescribing information.
Qualifications and Experience we look for in a candidate:
MBA or other Advanced Degree Preferred.
Minimum of 6-8 years of pharmaceutical experience with a minimum of 4 years of
Prior Health Care Practitioner marketing experience with demonstrated expertise
in customer focus, insight mining, message development and marketing
Proven track record of effectively and efficiently driving performance within a
matrix organization with strong organizational, interpersonal, communication
skills and executive collaboration required.
Ability to develop and manage strong customer relationships
Understanding of the oncology marketplace is recommended but not required.
Willing to travel up to 25%
