Bristol Myers Squibb Associate Product Manager, Eliquis in Princeton, New Jersey

This is a marketing role within the BMS Eliquis Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Eliquis Point of Care strategy and programs to drive patient – doctor conversations about Eliquis for appropriate NVAF and DVT/PE patients

Generate consumer insights in collaboration with market research teams to enhance the understanding of patient experience at Point of Care

Execute pull-through of Eliquis Patient Support programs at BMS to increase the reach and utilization of patient support resources internally and externally, working in close collaboration with Director of Patient Support across the Alliance

Manage the Eliquis brand budget and Consumer team budget

Assist performance management for Consumer programs

Collaborate with Hospital and Retail marketing teams in the development of promotional pieces around patient support

Collaborate with PR team on PR initiatives for consumers

Collaborate with Eliquis Call Center to enhance patient experience

Collaborate with BMS Patient Hub to leverage Universal Patient Language in Consumer communications

Seek and re-apply internal / external best practices to Eliquis

Develop and share internal communications with the broader Eliquis team and the sales force

Support sales and alliance meeting management as needed

Support samples and congress planning as needed

Qualifications

This role is for a self-starter, driven individual who will have an opportunity to advance within the marketing organization

BA degree required. Advanced business or marketing degree is a plus.

Strong strategic thinking skills and analytical capability

Ability to triangulate and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to draw recommendations

Fundamental knowledge of research methods to generate insights and answer key business questions

Experience with agency management in the development of creative work

Familiarity with Point of Care dynamics at Retail physician offices, Hospitals and Pharmacies

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment. Prior experience in Alliance or co-promoted products is a plus

Understanding of media planning principles for consumer promotion is a plus

Experience with working in a regulated environment. Experience with OPDP regulations for consumer promotion for black box products is a plus

Understanding of the cardiovascular space, specifically Non-Valvular Afib and DVT / PE disease states is a plus
