Spain and Portugal Leadership Team member

Purpose/Objective of the job

The purpose of this role is to act as a key business partner supporting the Spain & Portugal cluster Commercial organization to enhance strategic decision making and optimize performance.

The position will have a critical role in coordinating all local and WWCO dedicated resources to the cluster and in influencing above country stakeholders to ensure WWCO and cluster plans, deliverables and actions are shaped and aligned with the Spain & Portugal cluster business strategic priorities. Finally, the role holder is also responsible for ensuring commercial activities and resources are optimized in support of organizational goals. This role includes accountability for all core business areas being able to identify key business questions, opportunities, challenges and needs from each team to understand, define and document the overarching business plan to address and answer them.

The role holder will have a seat on the Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities and Major Duties

  1. Build strong relationships and network with EMAC and Intercon key stakeholders and WW teams to drive the Spain and Portugal cluster business agenda. 2. Hold a critical role influencing the effective strategic decision making of this group under the leadership of the VP and GM for Spain and Portugal3. Oversight of strategic planning4. Drive innovation and leadership in the analytics and commercial arena. This person will be responsible for the areas of areas Business Analysis sub national data, incentives and implementation of global projects.5. Act as a business partner to all key functions, driving effective decision-making and resource allocation 6. Maximize effectiveness of commercial activities undertaken by BMS across the matrix through:- Customer Management Operations (Sales Force, and Access Manager effectiveness)- CRM Systems- Planning and Innovation- Implementation of WWCO cross functional projects and activities

  2. Drive standards of Field Force Effectiveness and partner with BUD’s to ensure continuous improvement in this area. 8. Ensure that all Sales, Marketing, Access and MSM teams have tailored information, systems, training and tools to optimise their activities and business.9. Oversight of strategic planning and business operations.10. Build strong relationship with WWCO teams to drive business agenda. Will work cross functionally with Analytics reporting and planning, training and MC hub, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and matrix in order to anticipate, meet and answer the country requisites.11. Identify areas of synergy, best practice and opportunity for improvement across BMS and implement solutions accordingly 12.
