Play the key and critical role of integrator and mobilizing resources among:
Internal cross-functional teams (e.g. Medical, Marketing/Sales, Access, PPS, R&D, MCM, PA, legal & compliance etc.)
External stakeholders (e.g. medical associations, hospital presidents, chief physicians, pathologists, nurses, patients etc.);
BMS Global teams (e.g. global brand team, worldwide commercial team, commercial team in other markets, global access, global R&D organization etc.)
External Partners (e.g. Big data company, mobile app developer, etc.)
Develop ‘Go-to Hospital’ strategy to implement the COE solutions: To work with internal cross-functional teams to analyze and segment the CoE hospitals and integrate and mobilize resources at both local and regional/global levels, to design detailed COE programs, including core and optional service offerings. Review and provide tailor-made COE offerings based on customer feedback.
Build and lead the execution teams (champion team) to implement the CoEs with full people management responsibility
Conduct the Quality Control to ensure on time and on budget delivery: Monitor, evaluate the program implementation against KPIs and optimize service offerings
Synergize and be the internal governance engine of CoE hospital-related partnership activities and roll-out the working model of interaction.
Bachelor or above degree in relevant biological sciences / medicine; MBA, PhD, or MD from a globally renowned school highly desired
3-5 years of strategic marketing /management consulting and project management experience with proven record of high performance
OR experience working in leading MNC pharmacos, preferably with designing/establishing COEs in China
Solid conceptual problem solving to derive customer insights and design business solutions
Deep industry expertise with understanding of all major stakeholders (medical / academic associations, thought leaders, hospitals)
Profound knowledge in hospital operations of different departments (e.g., oncology, pathology, infusion) and various types of HCPs (e.g., physicians, nurses, pharmacist)
Clear communication cross functionally to syndicate with multiple stakeholders and pressure test key design elements
Multi-stakeholder management capability
Organization-savvy and entrepreneurship
A good team player and effective manager
Resilience and able to work under pressure
Proficient in both Chinese and English
