Bristol-Myers Squibb External Manufacturing is looking for a Financial Analyst based in Dublin. Reporting directly to the Associate Director Finance for External Manufacturing the Financial Analyst will provide a wide range of financial analysis and support to Operations and involve considerable interaction with cross-functional colleagues in both Ireland and the US.

A typical day might include the following:

  • Detailed preparation of financial and management reports including monthly management accounts, account reconciliations, projections and annual budget.

  • Preparation and analysis of operational performance, variance and trend analysis to support business planning and decision making

  • Preparation of financial analysis to support on-going business requirements and strategic projects.

  • Detailed analysis of PPV and Sub-contracting variances

  • Preparation and analysis of product standard costs.

  • Active participation in and providing financial analysis to the Virtual Plant teams

  • Working capital management financial analysis

  • Support of internal and external audits.

  • Ensuring the highest standards of stewardship and control are maintained in ExM.

This job might be for you if:

  • You are an experienced qualified accountant

  • You have minimum of 3-5 years PQE and a comprehensive knowledge of financial analysis, costing, accounting principles, internal controls and business partnering.
