Oversee development and execution of strategic and tactical plan that is aligned with the overall business strategy including positioning, messaging, market segmentation and marketing mix Focus on customer needs, analyze market trends, understand market influences Ability to analyze market research data from varied sources to use in decision-making & planning Identify and evaluate new opportunities that can meet business goals Orchestrate smooth implementation of brand strategies across customer groups Drive communication of value proposition through localized messaging Leverage on innovative and multiple channels to target customer segments Own compliance rules and regulations with respect to internal and external policies and procedures Connect and collaborate cross functionally to achieve commercial targets and expectations and ensure key product priorities

Experience Desired

  • Proven track record in successful marketing campaigns, ideally prior experience in full pre launch and launch activities

  • Solid networking with various groups of customer

Knowledge/Skills Required

  • University degree in Pharmaceutical, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or related sciences. MBA will be an advantage.

  • Very good knowledge in English language (verbal and writing) and PC literacy

  • Ability to communicate effectively across levels

  • Agility and results driven orientation
